TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions form a binding agreement between you and us, and govern your use of the Site, the Services and any Orders (defined below) that you place.
SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
Based on your preferred frequency selected in your questionnaire, we will contact you and offer you a shipment. When you choose to receive a shipment, we will send you some Products chosen by our stylists. You will be able to try them on in your own home and see what you like. You can decide to keep all, some or none of the Products in your shipment, and we will charge your card for the items you keep.
We may refuse to ship to any address for any reason including because it is outside the geographic area that we serve (currently only the United States) or it is to an address that we determine has a history of fraudulent purchases.
Please return all items you do not wish to keep in the box within the allotted 5 day period. Any items not returned in the box will be charged to your account. Please return all items in the condition in which the box was received. Any merchandise purchased in your Brown Box can be returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase.
Keeping nothing from your box and failing to provide feedback will result in termination of your Brown Box Club membership.
Starting March 1, 2015, there will be an $18.00 boxing fee. However, if you keep at least one thing from your Brown Box, the $18.00 goes towards your purchase!
BY GIVING YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION TO US, YOU AUTHORIZE US TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD ONCE YOUR RETURNED MERCHANSDIE HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
